Rice and Bean Tostados/Tacos

Rice and Bean Tostados or Tacos

Prepare instant brown rice with chopped onion

Once that is simmering, add a can of red beans in chili sauce

Stir that, then add a can of corn (drained)

Mix it together and heat

Then serve it as tacos or over heated flat tortillas w/ lettuce

You can use cheese, but may find it flavorful enough to omit the cheese
